Meet Kormassa, she is 53 years old. She is a married mother with 4 children all of whom are out of high school. Kormassa attended school up to ninth grade. She is a strong business woman who sells red oil, pepper, beans, bags of rice and other items. She learned how to sell from her mother and started the business with her own savings. She sells six days a week and has no problem with her business. She uses car to transport supplies to her business site. Kormassa applied for a loan through BRAC Liberia, a Kiva lending partner. The loan will be used to buy more red oil, pepper, beans, bags of rice and other items to sell to her good clients. Her dreams for the future are to build a house and improve her business.
