I have problem download video

Thanks for your interest in DownloadHelper.
Can you tell me the address of the page you want to download the video 
from ?

I have been to this address and the video is available using 3 methods:
the 2 first ones (the ones with the red arrow icon) worked ok, the third
one (with the green jigsaw icon) didn't work, which may happen on some
sites.
What problem do you see exactly ?

do you see the 3 entries in the menu ?
have you tried all 3 with the same result ?
when you say 'the download never starts', do you get the "save file"
dialog ?
do you have the full message from the error console ?

Thanks, those data are very helpful.
The extension cannot create the folder on your hard disk to store the
downloaded videos.
My first choice for this issue is that you don't have room anymore on
your disk.
If this is not the case, it must be a problem of permissions. Please
open the extension preferences and setup the storage directory to
wherever you have space and the permissions to write files.
