Elva is 25 years old. She is single and lives in an indigenous sector in the town of Intibucá. She is dedicated to growing and producing coffee. She has been doing this work for 8 years. Additionally, she obtains other income by raising and fattening pigs. She distributes her production in the area. She is requesting a loan in group form in the sum of 15,000 Lempiras which she will invest in the purchase of fertilizers and other necessities for her crop and to pay laborers in order to maintain her crops well and to obtain more earnings.

Her goal is to tend to her crops appropriately to improve her production and income. The group is named "Fe y Esperanza" (Faith and Hope) and is made up of two people who live in the same community and are dedicated to growing coffee. They are requesting a total amount of 32,000 Lempiras to buy fertilizers and inputs and to pay workers to clean and maintain their crops with the goal of obtaining a good harvest.
