$3350 to purchase sheep to raise and resell.

Korotimi, age 30, is Malian. In the photograph, she's holding the ram. She never attended school. She's the mother of five children, age 2 to 15, including one girl. Two of her children go to school. Her husband raises sheep.

For the past six years, Korotimi has been buying, fattening, and reselling sheep to to cover her children's expenses. She buys her supplies and sells in her village. She turns a profit of XOF 25'000.

Korotimi is a regular customer of Kiva's partner, RMCR, and she has always repaid her loan on the due date. She's now seeking a successive loan to be able to buy sheep and animal feed (oil cake, beanstalk, bran, and millet) for her business.

She hopes to turn a profit of XOF 40'000 after reselling the animals. This will help her to cover school expenses, healthcare and clothing for her children. In the future, she would like to work and earn a lot of money in order to buy oxen for her children.
